Goods
are normally despatched within 10 days unless otherwise stated, and may
be contained in more than one parcel. Allow 14-28 days for delivery. Please
indicate any special delivery instructions in the box provided. Postage
and packing charges will be £5.95 per delivery address for England, Wales
and southern Scotland. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to the Scottish
Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. |

you find that anything you have purchased is not as you expected, or is
damaged in transit please let us know within 14 days. We will arrange
for a replacement, or full refund including postage, whichever you prefer.
Our guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. |

TO ORDER |
Orders
can be placed online or by email. Simply enter the Online Store and select
the items you wish to purchase. Alternatively send your order by email
(Contact Us) listing the description, code number for each item together
with your address and contact telephone number.

You can elect to pay by credit
card or cheque. We accept Switch, VISA, Mastercard and cheques which
should be made payable to NJT Limited.
CREDIT
CARD PAYMENT
Once your order has been confirmed
you will be issued with a receipt giving you the options of how to use
your credit card. You can either enter your credit card details online or if you prefer you can fax, phone or mail your credit card details which will be processed off line in our sales office. Remember to include your
order number and credit card expiry date. Your order details are shown
on your receipt.
CHEQUE
PAYMENT
Payments by cheque should be sent directly to Dr
Growgood, P.O. Box 264, Rossendale, BB4 0BZ. You can
email us your order and send your cheque seperately. Alternatively,
you may print off your receipt to accompany your cheque payment.
